The Go-Round FC Stadium in Omoku is aglow with excitement as renovations reach completion ahead of the highly anticipated HH Youths Fest ONELGA 2024 on Sunday, September 22, 2024.
In preparation for the carnival, the stadium has undergone a transformative facelift, boasting: enhanced holistic features.
The HH Youths Carnival, scheduled to kick off on less than 24 hours, promises to bring together thousands of young people from across ONELGA for a celebration of music, economic empowerment, and cultural exchanges.
When contacted by this reporter, the Director of HH Foundation, Mr. Henry Chimuenya Umejuru expressed delight with the renovations:
“We’re thrilled to use this world-class facility for our youths to showcase their talents. This historic event will be an unforgettable experience.”he enthused.
Umejuru said the show will feature performances by top artists, including Nyash Na Nyash (Chella), Mr. 2Kay, and Wonder D’ Talk. Also billed to perform are Maxi, iLL Twist, Sule Vibes, Crown Jadas, Mighty, Rowlly, Jah Reighs, DJ Ayi, Kingpin, Ceeside, and Hypelord Mayorly.
Chairman of the Foundation, Mr Justin Ojadi, praised the refforts of construction workers: “This stadium renovation demonstrates our commitment to empowering youths through entertainment and empowerment, he declared
Mr. Ojadi said the carnival will feature: empowerment packages for startups, including disbursement of capital for SMEs, workshops on leadership, businesses, and antisocial vices, as well as talent hunts and showcasingof God giventalents.
According to Mr. Ojadi, “There will be lots of comedy, talent hunts, dancing, and songs by ‘Mbanabaragu’s singers (about 52 of them). We shall identify these talents and give them a platform to showcase their God-given talents.”
With the revamped Go-Round FC stadium, Omoku, the stage is set to host an unforgettable HH Youths Fest ONELGA 2024, fostering unity, talent development, and community pride.
