Osunwa’s streak of triumph began at the Rivers International Film Festival (RIFF), where he clinched the coveted “Most Active Entertainer” award, recognizing his unwavering dedication to the art of acting.
The pinnacle of this success was marked by winning the “Best Film of the Festival” award, a testament to his exceptional work in cinematic excellence.
Adding to this whirlwind of achievements, at the illustrious Trendsetters Awards, held on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the Grace Place Event Center, GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt, Chief Osunwa was crowned “Actor of the Year,” solidifying his status as a prominent figure in the entertainment realm.
The event, graced by luminaries from various sectors, saw an impressive surge in voting, with over 4 million upvotes cast across 70 categories. Esteemed individuals like Amb. Millicent Jack, Fortune Kezi Ejim, Kate Ezeigbo, and Prince Hezekiah also received recognition in the entertainment category, showcasing the diversity and talent within Nigeria’s entertainment landscape.
