The RAPA 2023 initiative, is an offspring of distinct progressive Rivers ambassadors enlisted by credibility to serve under the watch of Hon. James Faleke, the Secretary 2023 TINUBU SHETTIMA PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL (TS-PCC) and delivered the mandate Sen. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
On behalf of the RAPA 2023, we have conveyed this profound felicitation to the newly appointed Minister of FCT, Chief (Barr.) Nyesom Ezenwo Wike and promise to assist him realize the envisaged success.
The RAPA 2023 initiated to continue support for the Hon. Minister of FCT to succeed in all endeavor, expressed absolute delight at the appointment. We noted that such high profile portfolio is befitting for a region that contributes enormously to the nation’s economic fortunes and because of his outstanding track records on infrastructural development, Rivers State as a case study, has earn the people of Niger Delta region this plus.
We sincerely seize the opportunity to again laud President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for breaking the long unbreakable yoke of the previous regimes and his holistic persuasion to place a square peg, in a squared hole.
We also like to venerate the capacity of the former Governor of Rivers State over his enormous experience and expertise as a seasoned administrator, constructor, workaholic and expressed confidence on Chief (Barr.) Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to deliver on such enormous responsibility given, means to exploit the wisdom and wealth of experience.
Further still, we cannot end to felicitate with our Friend, Father, Brother, Son, and husband and to keep hopes alive against the contrary thought and wishes of mischief makers, that with this appointment, no doubt, Rivers State will benefit immeasurably from such appointment and wished the Hon. Minister the fortitude to reposition a greater Rivers State in the eyes of the committee of States, achieve the unique master plan of the FCT, being the primary National assignment, but not without the Niger Delta master plan actualized.
Again, we, in the River State APC, South-South, Rivers PCC, the representatives of the larger population of progressives in the region, now known as the RIVERS APC PCC ALLIANCE (RAPA) 2023, therefore laud Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike, the Mr. Project, the Great Lion to immediately, join us in the All Progressives Congress (APC) without any further delay, being the best platform and the only lieu way to win President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s support to restructure the political hemisphere of the region and to make the nine (9) Niger Delta States prospective APC States, and attract balanced scale of economic growth and development required for the success of the vision Renewed Hope. Finally, as we prepare ahead for the RAPA 2023 Grand Civic reception to hallow our Son Chief Barr. Wike during his official announcement of the good news to Rivers people, may God envelop him with more grace, strength and wisdom to achieve our expectations.
