The Deputy Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna-Iwuanyanwu has commiserated with the Anyaehie family of Nnanano clan in Nkwerre Local Government Area of the State over the demise of their patriarch, HRH, Eze Ngozi Anyaehie.
The Deputy Speaker in a terse statement, described the late royal father as an epitome of selflessness , a successful businessman, a consensus builder, a socialite and a symbol of unity, whose sojourn on earth was an eventful one worthy of emulation.
Rt. Hon. Iwuanyanwu in the statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Rt. Comrd .Chimezie Odemenam, added that the late Anyaehie will be greatly remembered for his generosity and philanthropic gestures, which distinguished him as a man of the people during his lifetime.
The Deputy Speaker noted that the passage of the revered patriarch marks the end of an era, leaving behind a profound void in the hearts of his subjects and all who knew him.
“His loving memory will forever be etched in the annals of not only his Nkwerre community but Igboland in general”, said the distinguished lawmaker as he prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
