The quest to reelect the Deputy Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Amarachi Chyna Iwuanyanwu for another term is gathering momentum with a pledge by his kinsmen in Rivers State to mobilize their votes for the lawmaker in Saturday’s State Assembly election in Imo State.
Port Harcourt based Frontline Committee of Friends (FCF), is an association of businessmen and profesionals whose objective is to advance the wellbeing of Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State, using their God given resources.
Rising from its monthly meeting held at Prestige Garden Resort, Obio, Port Harcourt on Sunday, National Chairman of the body, Nze Marius Egbujor said arrangements have been concluded to travel home for the all important election.
“We are fully mobilized ahead of the election. We shall take Nwangele by storm on Saturday to excercise our franchise.
“The task to reelect Amarachi, is a task that must be done, and we call on the good people of Nwangele LGA, home and abroad to join us for this divine assignment”, Egbujor declared.
In the same vein, a pro-All Progressives Congress (APC) support group, Odinamma Nwangele, has declared its readiness to make the comeback bid of Rt. Hon. Amarachi Chyna Iwuanyanwu a reality.
The Port Harcourt based body told journalists on Wednesday that their support for Amarachi’s bid for another tenure is premised on the achievements he had brought to Nwangrle LGA.
Coordinator of group, Dr. Frank Ndidi enthused that members are in top spirit to travel home for the weekend polls.
His words: “Come rain, come shine, we are home bound to vote for Amarachi. We won’t be deterred by anything – not even the cashless bug ravaging the country will keep us from travelling. Amarachi will have our bloc votes”, he assured.
